- Boarding stays must be pre-booked, & are contingent
upon completing & having passed the screening process along with a successful trial stay. - Exact drop-off & pick-up times are required upon booking (& we’ll check for the closest time slots that may be available) along with dates. We will email you a detailed set of booking instructions.
- Once dates/times are confirmed – we email your pricing/reservation details which outlines the 50% non-refundable deposit amount. Until deposit is paid, your space is not held, as all bookings/availability are first-come, first-served.

- All boarding reservations require a non-refundable,
50% deposit of the entire intended stay, to be put
towards the final amount owing. For deposits (in order to secure reservation), we accept: Interac e-transfer,
or Visa/MasterCard. - The remaining amount is to be paid upon pick-up of
your dog(s) & will include any additional charges due
to extra time spent. - Accepted final payment methods: Cash, Debit, Visa, & Mastercard.

- Overnight boarding stays are measured in ‘days’. A
boarding day is one, 24 hour period (starting from time of reserved/scheduled drop-off). - Arriving on time for scheduled drop-off/pick-up appointments is essential. It allows us to operate things as safely & smoothly as possible for our furry friends.

- Your dog’s acceptance into Pooched! is at our sole
discretion, & may be revoked at anytime

Although our ‘regular’ rates listed above are based on 24 hour periods, this is not to say you can’t have your drop-off/pick-up time occur outside of a 24 hour period – we would simply just charge you for the extra time in the most cost-effective way possible — this will all be outlined in your pricing/reservation details so there are no surprises. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the non-refundable 50% deposit is received.
